I have had an interest in Holistic Therapies for a long time and will be pursuing further aspects of alternative therapies in the near future.
I provide a variety of packages for you to choose from, as well as gift vouchers that are the perfect gift for your loved ones for any occasion.

I am a qualified nurse and have a passion for yoga, pilates, running and cooking healthy food.

Silver Package: 5 x 1 hour sessions for £125 (save £25)

Gold: 10 x 1 hour sessions for £250 (save £50)

The "Squeeze me in" package: 30 minute session £15

The “Busy mum” package: 5 x 45 min sessions for £100 (save £12)
