Rate My Flight is a free passenger experience smartphone app which allows travellers to quickly and easily rate any flight experience regardless of airline, class of travel or destination. The accumulated data can provide insights for business development for airlines such as staff performance on particular routes /days. Potentially the data could even identify problematic seats on specific aircraft. Passengers can add their flight data to the app by scanning or importing the boarding pass barcode.
