We have spaces available in a variety of classes throughout the week! These classes include Kindergym, Recreation and Advanced Recreation.
Kindergym: £23.50 per month... Recreation: £25.45 per month Advanced Rec: £35.25 per month
For those cheap prices you get access to our purpose built facility including foam pit, multiple bars, beams and more. Your child will have a qualified coach to assist in every class. The coaches job is to ensure a safe but fun environment for your child to train and experience the sport.
If you are interested in the sport but we don’t currently have a class on the day that suits you, why not leave your details and we can get back to you when we have a class available.

We are making changes to our current Wednesday Freestyle/Parkour class.
The class will now run from 7:30pm - 9:30pm.

First ever session cost: £4 Age: 10+

Yesterday our Elevate cheerleading squad had a long and busy day at ICE Frost Fest in Lisburn. We had 48 girls competing in 9 routines and some girls even had a go at the improv competition.
Every girl gave it their best and our coaches are so proud of each of them. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season has in store.
If you are in the gym soon, you will be able to see our two grand champion banners that the girls won for the highest scores in the stunt group compe...titions.
We will be holding trials for new members for our cheerleading squad after Easter. If you would like to be contacted when information about these trials are released please send an email to cheer@rathgaelgym.org with your child’s name, age and gymnastics/dance/cheer experience.

We are re-introducing our Wednesday night Freestyle Gymnastics class, if you’re child is interested in Parkour, Free running, Calisthenics style training or they just wants to learn a few cool tricks to show off then this is the class for them.
The class will be led by our own level 3 qualified Freestyle coach that has 9+ years in the sport and will include a variety of challenges, obstacle courses and more.
