I cannot fault this company. They were so efficient and quick to dispatch that I was amazed. Hat's off to them. The price was very acceptable too. If I require anything else in their expertise I will not hesitate to contact them and would thoroughly recommend to others.

My experience with Ray Grahams was smooth and perfect from start to finish. From their immediate online response to questions through to delivery - I couldn't be happier. Both DW622GB and DW745GB were up to date and of this year's manufacturing run (2017). Both items came carefully packaged up and were delivered by an accountable delivery service which arrived within margin of the 15min delivery slot stated (i.e. no wasted time sitting around).
Personally - in an online commerce environment where there is little to no human interaction - I find it refreshing to find a supplier who's passionate about what they do and seems to be in business to stay in business - thereby providing competitive prices and so much more.

Unbelievable. We needed 5L grey buckets, urgently, to fit in specific sized brackets. All local suppliers claimed they could no longer get them. It is lambing time, the buckets had to be grey, and stay dry for feed. Green ones could be confused with blue and have water sloshed in by mistake. White ones, and the ewes could think they were lambs (well, it could happen!). So I emailed these guys asking about the diameter, and they immediately sent back a photo of the bucket with a tape measure across the top. We ordered on the internet and they arrived two days later. Perfect fit, and the same colour as all our old buckets. Many many thanks!

I was looking for a fire grate and fret and came across Ray Grahams. Their website was easy to use and had almost all the information I needed (unlike every other I looked at...) . A quick phone call sorted out the other issue, the person I spoke with was knowledgeable. Items arrived promptly, despite having to travel all the way to East Anglia. Now have a working fireplace again after 30 years of disuse. Happy to use again and recommend to others.

Needed a fire grate for a property I rent , bought one but it didn't fit. Went back to the shop and I believe the owner served me as he was constantlybeing asked questions he helped me pick one which he recommended and changed it over. No hassle and now tenant is nice and warm
