Welcoming, comfortable guesthouse just outside Belfast (5mins from city airport). Husband and wife team Conor and Bernie can’t do enough for guests. Rooms are appointed better than most hotels (excellent selection of toiletries). Conor is a trained chef and offers inventive gourmet breakfasts. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
The whole breakfast experience is quite simply the best in Northern Ireland. The Staff are so friendly, accommodating and attentive and make you feel so welcome in their beautiful house. The food was the best breakfast food that I've ever had, chosen from a very imaginative menu. I will definitely be back to sample some of the other dishes! A great way to start the day!!!!!!

Absolutely adorable. Some of the rooms have the most beautiful view of the water. The town of Holywood is quite nice and has a walkable waterfront 10 min walk from this place. The staff are friendly and put on an elaborate and delicious breakfast.
Stayed once ,after bomb went off outside Place Barracks told to leave house by police. Spent night in community centre. In the morning Rayanne house offered to put people up free of charge. Able to get some sleep also a shower and something to eat. Very much appreciated as my mother was in a wheelchair.

Hotel is actually a large house. I'm staying in room 4. The room is very spacious with a queen bed and one twin sized bed. There is a balcony with one chair looking to the bay. The room is well equipped with electric power strips, iron, ironing board, bathrobe, shampoo, soap, a desk, and a small assortment of wines with wine glasses. Very classy feeling. Breakfast is ordered off a menu and left with the clerk. Clerk has been super friendly.
There are some things to note, however. The window/door is thin and lets in a small draft. Floors are creaky, although the bed is not. Walls can let sound through near the room entrance. WiFi is public and not secured.
Overall Rayanne House provides a homely setting with nice amenities.
Great location, rooms kept to a very high standard and the owners (Bernie and Connor) are always very attentive to your needs. We stayed for 9 days while renovations were being completed and they made us feel very relaxed and comfortable during a stressful time. The breakfast is to die for (Especially potato bread with mature cheese and scrambled egg with salmon). A short walk away from local play parks and town centre in an idyllic location mean we will always aim to go back.
