**All vehicles that are sold with no mot are sold strictly as spares or repair, no matter what the condition of the vehicle, no warranty will be given or implied. It is also advised by us that the vehicle be collected from us by trailor /transporter as it is against the law to drive a vehicle without mot. If we offer to mot the vehicle before the sale and the buyer refuses, then by doing so they also accept that we will have nothing further to do with that vehicle and will not mot or replace parts etc at a later date, we will assume that the buyer is purchasing the vehicle as spares or to repair. After said vehicle has been collected /removed from our premises we accept no responsibility for it, or the buyers decisions /actions to do with the vehicle. **
