Our American products are all Handmade by a California Yank, in the Kingdom of Mourne, Northern Ireland. All our recipes were developed and /or obtained from Authentic areas of the US, and then improved and tweaked over 30 years of use.
They Range in taste from a mild sauce to a firery BBQ sauce, that is hot, but does not ruin your palate.
Our focus is to bring the Authentic flavors from the different Regions of the United States to the Eastern Side of the Atlantic. So many of our Relatives, Friends and Neighbors have gone on Holiday to the US and come home with fond memories of GREAT BBQ they ate, and then are frustrated that they can't find that flavor here. We are addressing that with the Authentic flavours we are duplicating here, using the recipes we have collected and produced from all over America.
