This one is one of the higher mileage vans we’ve ever done, we can get more from them, but the vans really happy where it is.

A few months ago we mapped an Audi A3 8V 2.0 CR TDI. We brought it back in lately to dyno it and back up the numbers we claim to make.
Manufacturers spec: 150 BHP - 320 NM of Torque
Actual: 144 BHP - 350 NM of Torque
... Stage 1: 206 BHP - 433 NM of Torque
Absolutely mental gains of +61.7 BHP and 82.82 NM of Torque. Delta gains throughout the Rev range are amazing with 80bhp gain in places.

2017 Mercedes E220 MD1 ECU mapped via bench mode with Autotuner. +35bhp +80nm of torque with EGR solution.

VAG 1.6 TDI that we mapped last year. Car already had our Stage 1 before coming back to have the hybrid mapped in. Also worth noting that this car also had a large FMIC fitted too it.
A staggering +101bhp and +140nm of torque over standard. We can do this to any of the 1.6 TDI VAG range including the 75/90/105 BHP variants.

A few VAG platform cars in for timing belts the last few days. Remember that every timing belt has a lifespan and every engine differs when they need changed, if you don’t know drop us a message and we will be happy to tell you when yours is due.

Seat Leon FR 1.8 TSI in the workshop last week after car went into limp mode. After correctly diagnosing an issue with the turbo actuator on this vehicle we went about fitting a turbo to the car. After fitting we adjusted the turbo actuator correctly with VCDS.

Still a few weeks out with the Dyno being completely finished and used on customers jobs, but the majority of it’s done. Just a few bits and pieces to do.
Decided the best car to test on it today was my mums car, a little down on horsepower, will have to correct this for her!
