Redwood Doggy Play Park & Day Care

Hi everyone - just to remind you that from tomorrow 1st October the play park will be closing at 5pm every evening as we are now into our Winter season. We are still open 7 days a week and our Day Care facility will remain 8am to 6pm.

Hi Folks! This Sunday 30th September marks the start of our beginners Agility classes. Each class will run for a 6 week course for only £50. If you feel like getting energetic with your beloved pooch let us know as there are still a few spaces left. Class times are from 12 noon until 2pm. Hope to see you there for a fun couple of hours with your dog.

We have spaces left if anyone would like to have a couple of hour's fun with your dog.

That was a great day in daycare today Rocket. Do you think we can stay awake until mummy picks us up? I'll try my best Lady.

Just look at this wee man. Meet Apollo. He is just 9 weeks old and is the first Estrela Mountain Dog to visit the park. Isn't he beautiful.

Congratulations to our 5 lucky winners who were picked at random to receive a free half-day for their dog in our day care facility. Winners have been notified but if your name was not picked, don't worry as we will be having another competition very soon.

Would there be anyone out there that could give wee Paddy a loving home. He is a super friendly one year old Beagle. His owners cannot keep him due to personal circumstances. I would keep him myself but I have 5 dogs already. Paddy can be viewed today at Redwood Doggy Play Park. Thank you. Diane

Still not big enough!!!!!!

We took our Terrier cross puppy to the play park for the first time yesterday - she loved it! She got time on her own when she first went in then she got the chance to socialise with the other dogs. I highly recommend the park, lots for the dogs to do, lots of other dogs to meet and it's a lovely setting!

We had a great 1st experience here, this is a business, it has to be profitable as any business has to be. It's very well run by friendly and down to earth staff. A dog walker charges £10 an hr. here you get half a day supervised dog care for £8. A full day for £15. These lovely people also pick your dog up if necessary. It's a great day out for dogs and also for us owners. I highly recommend this very well family run business. I wish you all every success.

Visited today for the first time and I will definitely be back.. the owners where so warm and welcoming.. and all the dogs had a great day... I also had a great day just being surrounded by dogs! I would highly recommended you take your dogs here it’s all fenced in so great peace of mine that’s your fur babies will be safe. Thanks again

Visited the park last Thursday with our 3 huskies. Great place for off lead play and Diane and Dougie were very friendly and helpful.

Dogs had a super time and so did we. We will be back often.

Took our 4 dogs up to the play park. It’s fantastic and the staff are so friendly. There’s separate areas for small, medium and large dogs and an agility area. Highly recommend �

Took my springador luna for the first time, she is nervous and also very energetic, very quiet morning only the private area with some huskys in it. Headed to the top pens let her run crazy for awhile until a member of staff offered to bring in some of the day care Doggys, he Brought in his own who were great with luna and she had a brillant time.

Living on a main road in Belfast and a dog who is still a pup and won't listen to call back, it's great to find a place to let her off and socialise with other dogs.

Will definitely be back.

Took my 3 dogs up to redwood this morning for the first time and we all had a great time. Its something different than taking them through fields and walking on footpaths as there is obstacles for the dogs to have fun with. The best thing is that the ground is gravel so the dogs don't get soaked and mucked to the eyeballs as they would through fields. The staff were very friendly and took the time to talk to me which was great. I got a yarn with dougie on my way out and he is a gentleman with a lot of great ideas and vision for the place. I will definitely be going back very soon �

Take my husky here every week and love it. He also gets groomed here and has now started to go to day care. He loves going and so do I. Staff are all lovely to! ��

Shadow had his first day at Doggy Daycare and loved it. He can’t keep his eyes open� He will definitely be back!!

Molly absolutely loves going up to redwood, before going she was a little shy around other dogs now she loves making new friends and playing with the other dogs, Diane and her team are fabulous and give each of the dogs love, care and attention. Molly is now going on a regular Tues for doggy daycare, I couldn't recommend it enough.

I took my 2 1 year old Frenchies here today for a full day at doggy daycare. I had been advised that Lily could do with a bit of socialising as she is a terrible walker on the lead.Rocket just went along for the fun. They had a ball and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. They will now be once a week visitors as I think it will be great for them and they will make lots of new friends. Thanks again for making us all very welcome and happy.

I love this place, the care and attention they give to the dogs is second to none. Made my first time leaving our dog, Bruce much less stressful and he was happy and tired from all the playing �

Excellent set up for doggy play Park. My dog is very selective about what dogs she likes so there is lots of space for me to keep her separate if I need to while still being able to play. And Diane and Dougie are so kind and helpful, absolutely wonderful people!

Was just great to see my girls having lead free play and socialising with all the other dogs . Definitely looking forward to going again.

Came today for the first time and was a little nervous as I wasn't with my own dog, I'd borrowed my friends dog Lily, as I reckoned she would really enjoy the agility taster session. Thankfuly I was right! And got to chat to some really lovely people, and pet some amazing puppers. If anyone needs cheering up, just head here with your dog for an hour. Wish there were more places like this available. What a wonderful place.

Brought our 2 dogs today as our lab is too excitable and boisterous to walk him in crowded places it isn't enjoyable for us or him we hired the private area for them to run around and Diane ( who was so friendly) brought her dogs in to play with them the whole experience for us and our dogs was relaxed and stress free will def be back as it gives them a chance to run around off lead and socialise with other dogs amazing park ��

Attended the Doggy Fest today .. EXCELLENT .... a FAB way to socialise our Tilly and meet other dog crazy people ..lol .. great facilities .. and the stalls there where an added bonus ... just needed a bbq for us hoooomans lol xxxxxxxxx PABLO and barney your superstars xx lol

Took our two akitas up today. Good price ,good location and friendly staff.The only thing I would say is the fencing dividing the different areas has holes big enough for dogs to get their head and shoulders through. We booked an area on our own as our dogs can be unpredictable round other dogs.hachi got his head right through and nipped a dogs ear. A wee bit of chicken wire across the divides would get it 5 stars.
