Its important to drink plenty of water throughout your day and also very important after your reflexology treatment especially to flush out toxins in your body and to promote healing.
Dont forget to hydrate friends 😊

Himalayan Salt and Peppermint Detox
After a busy weekend its time to enjoy a foot bath of hotwater, Natural salts and peppermint. Between wearing high heels at a wedding all day, dancing and climbing a mountain in my hiking boots, I think its time for a blissful/ relaxing recovery.
I have filled a basin of hot water added some himalayan salts and peppermint essential oil.
... Adding himalayan salt to a bath creates a rejuvenating, detoxing, at-home spa. The salt water carries the electrical charge of the salt, along with the dissolved minerals. A salt bath helps draw out toxins, deep cleanses the skin, and helps cleanse the body energetically.
Peppermint helps to refresh and cool the feet.
Footcare at its best!

One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day 😊

Feeling stressed?
If the answer is yes, you're not alone. Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure, and pressure turns into stress when you feel unable to cope.
A bit of stress is normal and can help push you to do something new or difficult, but too much stress can take its toll.
... If you are feeling stressed I have just the answer for you.. REFLEXOLOGY 😊 Reflexology helps reduce stress. It makes you feel at ease, aids in relaxation, helps you sleep better, improves your mood and rebalances your body from head to toe. Sound too good to be true.. Why dont you give it a go and decide for yourself? πŸ’–πŸ‘£πŸ‘£

What is reflexology?
Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet. These areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. For example, reflexology holds that a specific spot in the arch of the foot corresponds to the bladder point. When a reflexology practitioner uses thumbs or fingers to apply appropriate pressure to this area, it affects bladder functioning.
Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cancertreatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS, and sinusitis.

User

Some of the benefits of reflexology include its ability to stimulate nerve function, increases energy, boosts circulation, induces a deep state of relaxation, eliminates toxins, stimulates the central nervous system, prevents migraines, cleans up urinary tract conditions, speeds recovery after injury or surgery, helps relievesleep disorders, reduces depression, and relieves pain.
