Today was my 1st time at Karen's and what an amazing experience Karen listened to what I wanted done and I was truly over the moon with the end result loved it(even my husband commented on it which is unusual for him). Such a lovely girl who makes you feel very welcome will definitely be back, thank you so much Karen xx

Love this place, got my hair done here and i absolutely love it. Its a brilliant friendly atmosphere. My son gets his hair done here and with him having Autism he can be very difficult but Karen is so patient with him. I can't praise this please enough.

Got a wash and blow dry the other day and omg I nearly fell asleep, it was more like a head massage it was great, also got the brows done and Karen did a brilliant job shaping them, if you want a good laugh and to feel at home you deffo won't be disappointed at refresh hair....thanks again karen ❤

First time visiting yesterday, had an absolutely amazing time, Karen is so friendly and hospitable and really listens to what you want from your hair. I left with silky smooth hair, cut exactly how I envisioned it! Such a fun experience, my mum and I will definitely be back! �

First time getting my hair done by Karen shes an amazing wee woman who made me feel so comfortable and done an amazing job of my hair i love it. Im not very confident going to hairdressers as i get embarassed because of my skin disease in my head but that all went out the window today she really made my day. A beautiful wee woman with a big heart xxx thanks Karen x

Can not believe I went in today with black hair and left with ash blonde absolute miracle worker such a lovely caring woman pays such attention to detail! My hair is in such amazing condition and honestly feels like silk I'm over the moon could not have asked for better. Job well done Karen �������

Karen is so passionate about making your time all yours and everything is catered for even the temperature of the rooms! Love it! I went from dark brown months old hair to lady gaga in one sitting!! Thank you so much for ur patience and welcoming karen!!perfect vibe and very much the one on one service you dont get in a salon.
