fantastic shoe shop with staff that are very helpful and pleasant know matter how busy
Went to the Lisburn store today to get school shoes for my 3 children. Excellent service as always - I wouldn't go anywhere else for my kids shoes!
We were in Sandy Row this morning and was so impressed with the service, 3 pairs of feet measured and 3 pairs of shoes purchased within 20mins!!! Choice was impressive!!! The lady who looked after us was lovely and so helpful!!!! She definitely knew her job!!!!! Highly recommended!!! See ya next year lol xxx
Visited lisburn store today brilliant service feet measure on a very reluctant 19 month old tried on some wellies which where too big and checked her shoes still room to grow so no money spent lovely to experience honest staff and we even got a ballon which made my daughters day!!! We will definatly be back x
Really fantastic service in Reid's Shoes Lisburn for the kids school shoes this morning. Everyone very happy.
Love the shop in Sandy row staff are always very helpful and excellent at there jobs
Having used Reid's for all my children's shoes over the years, today was the first time I had to return to the shop to exchange.
I can't thank Paul enough for exchanging the shoes I had just purchased a few hours previously as a good will gesture when really he could have chosen not to. The after sales service here is excellent and I will be back as usual for the next set of kids purchases!
Great shop with excellent choice and service..some great deals and the best quality too!
Fantastic shoe shop, staff are very helpful, go the extra mile :-) will be shopping at reids in future
Fantastic service today, picked up a beautiful pair of Loake boots in Lisburn at a price that almost felt like I'd stolen them. Happy feet for the winter ahead, great stuff.
Fantastic service I cannot fault the staff, I had exceptional service and a personal thankyou to Paul who hand delivered my purchase.
Excellent customer service in Reid's Sandy Row today, no fuss, stress free school shoe shopping. The lady who served us was super, so knowledgeable and took time to find the perfect shoes.
Excellent customer service from the start! I have been looking all over for my size in a pair of ankle boots and I messaged Reid’s to check their stock and they had my size and are very kind to hold them until I can get in! Will be going back to purchase my sons shoes when he is running about!
Bought my wedding shoes today from Reid's in Belfast SR. Pair of stunning Barkers.Great price. Received amazing service and courtesy from Paul. Thanks again Paul- would recommend very highly.
Best shoe shop in Belfast for toddler and baby shoes. Customer service is next to none and the variety of quality brands to choose from are excellent! Easy to park outside too and nip in! Would never go any where else!
Great range off shoes but staff could be bit more pleasant and friendly
I always tended to go here as i refuse to go to clarks because they never ever measure my childrens feet properly. However after my last 2 trips for school shoes i am reluctant to return. On both occasions i got the same sales assistant and she managed to measure my daughters feet as 2 different widths inside 2 weeks. I wasnt impressed as she was not very helpful and generally seemed that everything was a hassle. This is not normally the case when i go but as i have had 2 experiences that arent so great i would think twice about going back
Visited Lisburn store today for the first time in many years. Shocking service. Good to know that you can afford to pay for 8+ staff members to stand around chatting instead of helping customers!
I had an appalling visit to Reid's in Lisburn this morning - a store which up to now i have held in good regard having made purchases there before. I went with the intention of buying a pair of trainers from the new Skechers range but the assistant who was supposedly "helping" me could literally not been ruder if she had tried, she was sighing audiably as i asked her to get a few pairs of shoes in my size for me to try, left them halfway across the room on a chair ( i had to move from where i was originally seated as i had my 4yr old son with me who is autistic and he was rather excited to be in a shoe shop so that was hard enough) then left and went back to her phone call & to stand behind the desk chatting. It was not busy at all at the time. She seemed not very knowledgeable at all about the products she was supposed to be promoting "sure they're all the same thing" and perhaps worst of all she actually made me feel belittled by retorting "well its not as if they're top of the range or anything" when i was asking about different fits. Im sorry but i happen to like Skechers and think that £60 - £80 is a fair bit for anyone. At that point I decided that was enough and left the shop fighting back tears. I have a £50 credit note from Reids to put towards my new trainers from a returned purchase a few weeks ago but i now feel like i would rather have my money back to spend elsewhere after this. Im sorry but i felt i just had to say something..
