So IŌĆÖve been delivering a new programme called ŌĆ£charge upŌĆØ in local secondary schools over the past few months. Charge up is specifically for teenagers and emerging adults and is a great programme to support young people with their emotional wellbeing. Being a teenager is challenging ! Difficulties with reading can really knock a childŌĆÖs confidence... just thought IŌĆÖd share this in case any parents or people working in schools would be interested.
