I am Rhys Davies and my company is Remedy-Fitness. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer based in Berkshire and sport, fitness and exercise has always been an integral component to my life.
I am incredibly passionate about my job and reap great satisfaction in seeing my client’s progress as they strive to achieve their goals. As an avid rugby player myself, I understand the demands and importance that leading a fit and active lifestyle has on an individual.
