A feat of strength and grit, this will challenge your willpower as the weight slowly pulls you apart. Beneficial to your grip strength and will have great carry over to pull exercises like the Deadlift or the Pull-Up.
We have Ruaidri one of our Fitness Instructors demonstrating and recording an excellent time of 2 minutes 21 seconds.
... Rules: Weight 100lbs for guys 70lbs for gals
Weight must be held up from the stack. The plates must never touch, if they do... Game over.

Thanks to Gill for the daily use of Energie fitness gym this week when up on the North Coast. I loved the gym and core/spin classes too. A big shout out to Ronan for keeping me motivated during the classes! Staff are so friendly and helpful too. A great set up with a fantastic vibe! If you live close to this gym get signed up and get going... You're missing out big time! �

Not long signed up to this gym as a member. & I am loving it. Was nervous at start but all the staff are great and so friendly. I am currently doing the empower programme and it is brilliant. I no how to work the machines now. It's a brill gym. Defo would highly recommend it. �����

I joined energie fitness in August this year and was feeling nervous about it even though I knew I wanted to get back training again and to lose weight. I took the first step and signed up to membership and booked in for the empower programme. This programme helped me gain confidence in using the vast variety of equipment on offer in what was such a large an overwhelming gym at first..... but now over 3 months in I can truly say going to the gym everyday is something I look forward to! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I have even started PT sessions with Natalie and in the 3 weeks I have been with her the changes I have noticed are amazing, my confidence and determination has grown and am sad she's leaving to move back home but she has taught me so much that I am now confident to go in on my own and use all the equipment. I even started to attend the spin classes and have found a new little addiction in spin! I am hoping to do a half marathon next year as I enjoy running and look forward to doing my training in energie for this milestone I really want to reach.....thank you for making me want to reach my goals and making me a healthier Lisa ! I will be a member always! Xxx ���
