A private gated house set in 3 /4 of an acre on the banks of the River Thames in Staines, which is approximately 5 miles from Windsor and nearby Windsor Castle on the banks of the River Thames. With 4 bedrooms, one of which doubles up as an office area. The house is beautifully furnished and is extremely comfortable. All bedding is new and to a very high standard.
The Master bedroom overlooks the river and has a new super king memory foam mattress, which is incredibly comfortable ! The Master Suite has a dressing room leading to a very tasteful en suite bathroom with twin sinks and huge walk-in shower and toilet.
The second bedroom, also overlooking the River Thames, has a King size bed with large built-in wardrobes and plenty of space. The family bathroom is situated next door to this bedroom and is finished in saturnia and tumbled marble with large Jacuzzi tub and twin sinks and toilet. Bedroom No. 3 has a Double Bed and fitted wardrobes, leading to an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. Office / Bedroom Area No. 4 is at the top of the stairs and is open plan with sleeper sofa and fitted cabinets all around and sitting area for computer / lap top.
The Living Room is huge and has a large flat screen TV and four comfortable sofas, with patio doors out to the rear patio decking and the River Thames. The kitchen is modern and open plan with all the mod cons including gas cooktop, and two wall ovens. It has granite countertops and large double sinks. The kitchen opens up to the Dining Room with large table and seating for 8 people plus.
All cutlery and crockery is brand new. There are canoes that can be requested in advance, for fun and games on the river. Maid service is available as much as each client may want.
