User

We celebrated our little boys 5th birthday party this morning in roar and explore. Our little boy is anaphylactic with egg and nut and nothing was too much trouble for the team! We had 14 children in attendance and all were catered for with exceptional service throughout. The staff were extremely attentive and food was enjoyed by all. The children all left with full tummies, fantastic party bags and completely exhausted! The mummies and daddies all had peace to enjoy a catch up with a coffee! I will highly recommend roar and explore and the kids look forward to their next visit

User

There's no monkeying around here. Staff are quality people who are there to ensure you have a great experience with your family. I've been a handful of times and they are consistent in their service. Not only that but the food is easily the best food you are going to try in twinbrook and I might even dare say in the west. Definitely worth having a stay and play at Roar and Explore!

User

Thank you so much to all the staff at Roar and explore especially NIAMH, JAMIE and SHAUNEEN for making my little girls 6th birthday party very special. From we walked in the door we were well and truly looked after, the staff went over and beyond to help us, they were informative, polite, helpful and friendly, the play area is fabulous spacious and bright. It it also very clean and tidy which is a miracle when dealing with kids . The kids all loved the party food and slushies/ice cream and their party bags. I really was impressed by everything about roar and explore, definitely worth the money, a great place for kids right on our doorstep . Highly recommended thank you x

Our new No.1 soft play. Very friendly, helpful staff, great play areas, lovely coffee and today our children made their own sandwiches - amazing! We've really enjoyed the rhyme time on other occasions too. More than just soft play. Absolutely brilliant!

User

My kids love to visit regularly, it is a clean and fun environment, food and drink are nice, it is usually very safe but when it's busy, parents need to monitor their children closer incase of accidents, last time I attended the slides had to be monitored by staff because parents where not stopping their children from running up the slides and injuring others, it's parental supervision...

User

My kids have been about 10 to me and love it. It’s better than any of the other indoor play places and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My know da have been to a party here and are attending another one on Monday no they are so excited! I have also booked my kids their joint birthday party here for June.

My 2yr old grandaughter totally luvs this place i have been 2 plently of these places with her & i have never seen her feel as secure & happy in this place ... she just pollocks about by herself having a ball with the other kuds in the place .

Its a really big .. bright.. clean & safe place 2 bring the child 2 have fun .. the staff are so thoughtful .. helpful & nice & go outta there way 2 help you get a table when theres plenty in the place ... & theres plenty of space for sitting & eating unlike other rival places ... the food in the place is lovely & well priced & portion sizes is good ... the only thing that they could improve on would be for them to set up monthly direct debits for admittance into the place .. it makes it so much easier for myself & others ... i always had 1 in the previous place i used before they opened & i moved 2 roar & explore ....

User

Delighted to see this place getting on its feet after a rough start (well the first time I went at least). Glad I decided to give it another try as the kids had a fantastic day (adults too). Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Place is very well organised now. The jungle animals event was a huge hit and made it well worth the money in. Will be looking out for more events in the future.

Took my grandaughter and niece today 1st of all the price for the two if them both 3 years of age was £11.50 for 1 1/2 hours which I thought was extremely dear but not much more than other places.

When I entered I was so shocked the place was absaloutely jammed packed yes it was Easter Tuesday but it was packed and kids where running from pillar to post it just looked so dangerous I just wanted to turn back for a refund but I decided to try it out

I couldn't get a table a start but then we finally got one close to the infant play area, I was just so shocked that the place was so jammed packed there was far too many people the infant play area was being monitored by one female attendant but the other play area was a disgrace kids out if control and witnessed kids crying coming to and from this area I do believe it's a parents responsibility to control their own kids but there was just too many to control as I feel too many where let in this is just my opinion

I've been to many of these indoor play parks including Cocos fantastic jumping jacks funky TBH they're all a bit chaotic at times but I feel this place was just out of control and I would say something your management need to look at and cap how many you let in so that children can play safe and parents feel comfortable and don't fear injury to their children again just my opinion a great facility for the Colin community and great to see but definitely needs managed a lot better especially at peak periods and holidays don't maximise profits.

My Young daughter was punched by an older boy we were talking about it upon leaving and another couple said the same thing happened to their young daughter by the same person all the staff said was sorry about that. What about pulling the child's parents and or banning kids who get on like that, also earlier on the same day our son was repeatedly punched by an older boy and when my partner confronted his parents they didn't care.

User

I've been here 4 times to day my 4th. Not only was it 3.50 more than normal for my 2 kids when I asked y it was so dear the girl told me because it was school holidays. And another girl went an asked staff to ask the bigger kids to come out of the baby bit an no staff came over .there was no staff at all keeping an eye on this area.so we just left .I went out an asked for a refund an girl give me it no prob. Asking for more money at school holidays is horrible.. WONT be back .

I've been here 4 times to day my 4th. Not only was it 3.50 more than normal for my 2 kids when I asked y it was so dear the girl told me because it was school holidays. I was in 20 mins an had to leave my babies are 2 and a half an 1 and a half .place was over run with bigger kids I was scared of mine getting knocked down.
