What a day! Couldn’t be anymore proud of this lot if I tried. Some of them hadn’t ran a mile let alone a Half Marathon! Today was hard for all the wrong reasons but a phenomenal achievement for everyone involved. I was tripped at mile 3, busted my knee but pushed on and fought hard. If anything today proved that mindset is key and with hard work, grit and determination you can do whatever it is you set out to do. Half marathon uno 9... done! 10th can wait.

Alec had a serious heart condition earlier this year. He needed a heart valve replacement and aorta graft due to an aneurysm blockage that could have fatally burst and killed him at anytime. Alec received open heart surgery to remove the damaged valve but was soon admitted back to hospital with a heart infection. No causes, just unlucky.
Alec is most definitely a Role Model in our eyes. A...s a fitness freak he has always sought to help others achieve their goals and lifestyle changes inside and outside of a gym. This Sunday we will all run with Alec and complete The Waterside Half Marathon together to raise awareness for post op heart surgery and to be reminded...

We had Jay out for my sister in laws hen party! Very professional and genuinely nice guy! (easy on the eye too) Company was very easy to deal with, had no problems when I asked for him to arrive at 11.30am (other companies said only night time was available). Would highly recommend!

We had Jay at our 70th birthday bash last night. He was a big success. Really nice e guy and very professional. And gorgeous of course.!!! Would definitely book him again.
