NEW! I'm delighted to announce that dates have now been released for 2-hour walking tours of Ballymena - there is one walk planned per month between April - September with a cost of only £10 per person. Private tours can also be arranged.

A 2-hour walking tour of Ballymena where you will hear the story of the Seven Towers, tales of feudal lordships, of deals with the devil, the headless horseman, ancient monastic settlements and the 1798 Rebellion, along with the more recent history of this busy market town and popular shopping destination.

Roots Tech is a huge family history conference and it comes to London's ExCel Centre for the first time from 24 - 26 October 2019. Really chuffed to have been shortlisted for the Women in Business 'Yes You Can Pitching Competition' 🥳🤩

Well this certainly shows that interest in genealogy and researching your family history is alive and well in County Antrim. This fully funded course went live on Wednesday 19 February 2019 and all 18 places were allocated by 09.30 this morning - in less than 48 hours!
The course starts on Wednesday 13 March in All Saints Parish Centre, Ballymena and will run for 8 weeks. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone on the course and helping you to uncover those family ...roots.
If you haven't been successful in getting a place on the course, you can still add your name to the waitlist and you will be notified if one becomes available.
Alternatively, you may like to sign up for the 11-week course that will commence in September 2019 in Ballymena.

This is a FREE 8-week course which is a cross-community project being delivered by Roots Revealed in association with the Carson Project.
The course will be held in the Parish Centre, All Saints, Ballymena and will run from 7.00pm to 9.00pm each evening.
The course will run each Wed from 13 March until Wed 08 May 2019. There will be a break on 24 April for Easter.
