Founded in 1879, the Royal Ulster Academy is the longest running visual artists organisation in the North of Ireland. With a programme of educational activities and exhibitions it aims to celebrate, enrich and expand contemporary approaches to the arts.

RUA making Waves in Enniskillen
The ROYAL ULSTER ACADEMY takes RUA on the road with an exhibition of work by approx. 50 members at Waterways Ireland Headquarters in Enniskillen.
The exhibition runs until Saturday 2nd March, 2019 and has been made possible through the support of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, working in partnership with Waterways Ireland and Fermanagh Live Arts Festival volunteers, local Art Educators and Arts enthusiasts.... Thanks also to KPMG, Ulster Museum, Tom Caldwell Installations, NIAVAC and Noelle Mc Alinden.

Artist Spotlight on Friday 14th December will feature Simon McWilliams RUA and Rosie McGurran RUA. The Spotlight sessions start at 1.15 and these two fabulous artists will talk informally about their work for about 15 minutes each. You can have another look around the RUA Annual Exhibition while you are there. Free event … no booking required!
