BBC HEADLINE: Is the council's target realistic?
The city centre requires major residential developments if the council is to achieve its target of 66,000 more people living in the city centre by 2035. That requires around 30,000 new homes.
As the RTU image in the BBC article suggests, we certainly want to be involved with the development requirements to boost city centre living.
