Went today with my mother in law and two sister in laws for high tea was unbelievable the service was brilliant and tea always topped up. Brilliant value for money would definitely recommend and will definitely be back loved it ��

Was there on Saturday night for my daughter's birthday , all fourteen of us and the meals were first class & the staff were lovely too �

Was in last night for dinner must say as very good ! 2 courses for £14 fab deal & we also had dessert � was very nice staff were quick as could be giving the football was on a there were a lot of people eating ! But overall drinks were fab food was fab will deffo be back ��� ohhh and lovely new referb �

The husband and I had the most beautiful rump steak last week it was so good we have booked again for this week! Staff our great too great service great food nice atmosphere.

Just had a top class meal. Sirloin Steak and King Prawn Stir Fry - absolutely delicious. Big juicy steak and delicately cooked prawns. Will definitely come again. Thank you

Just back from a birthday lunch at Ruby's, what can I say, wow. Food and service of the highest standard, will definitely be recommending it to my friends, a wee gem.

I arranged my best friends hen party at Ruby's and the service was above and beyond! Very helpful throughout planning everything, we did the cocktail masterclass and they did a brilliant job! The team at Ruby's are amazing ❤️ Would highly recommend for any occasion! Big shout out at Peter and Toni you both did a fantastic job thank you all so much!

Went in for some food with a group of friends and to watch the football (all female, all play) no doubt William prob knows some of us lol when we arrived the bar was empty so we were seated and served quickly by a friendly girl who allowed us to sit in front of the tv. Great start, the food arrived starters were fab, mains were fab.have heard others review the place and comment on the potatoes being powdered? What! Potatoes were fantastic both my friends cleared their plates so please do not be mislead or put off by other reviews I Can not fault the food. Asked could we have the Liverpool game on, she asked bar man (Scott) who said no was showing Tottenham game. I know the bar prob has specific games they have to show but Personally I do not know many spurs supporters? and it's a sports bar as there are several screens that can show diff games at once not sure why this was such a big request as no one else was watching it, anyone who arrived later on sat at the bar itself for the city v Napoli game. Anyway not much of a big deal but we had planned on sitting on for drinks after our food to watch it, Can not fault the lovely staff even Scott lol but we were slightly disappointed with the match selection will certainly be back but will just check ahead of time on the games showing.

For a lunch time menu the portions where big and beautifully cooked. The waitress sorry i never got her name blonde hair was really pleasant and could not have done enough for us.

So rescheduled for today. Unlike previous times I’ve eaten in Ruby’s, today’s offering was poor.

Soup was ridiculously over salted, no vegetarian options, bread for the sandwiches were dry, scones were dry, even the shortbread was horrible, like eating a handful of flour. The first pot of tea was grand, the second was like water.

Such a shame because the girl who was waiting or table was so lovely, just the food let it down.

My food was lovely as was others with me except my niece who's beer battered fish was so greasy waitress was happy enough to exchange but had just left a bad taste the drinks order was mixed up again apologetic and gave us all a free shot but these things shouldn't happen they weren't that busy. Bar area nice but function room where Ritchie Remo was playing very dated and grubby looking not the best of experiences.

Literally the worst meal I have ever had. Prawn cocktail with SODA bread instead of wheaten as it said on the menu. Main course was rotten, worst pasta dish iv ever been served. Couldnt even eat it so walked out. No refund or anything to my wife and kids who sat and struggled through their meals. Nightmare
