There are two different schemes depending on your age and situation so take a look below and choose which one applies to you

Training for Success (TfS) is a scheme for school leavers (aged 16-18)
Before you start, you choose your occupational area. You will receive training in this area from Rutledge, and we will help you find work experience in your area too!
If you have left school and you have a job already, you can join the Apprenticeship NI scheme (if you are working at least 21 hours each week). In this scheme you get your experience while you are at work but Rutledge will offer you training to get a qualification relevant to what you do in your job!
