Thank you Sam for all the work you have done!! Over 70sq.m of laminate floor laid, old kitchen floor taken up and new tiles put down, doors, architraves and skirting boards all changed and new spindles, handrail and newel posts fitted to stairs. Couldn't fault any of the work! Sam is a perfectionist, genuine, reliable and trustworthy. Always turned up when he said he would and the house was left spotless when he went home everyday. So pleased wth everything he has done, couldn't recommend him highly enough!!!!!

Super affordable and very efficient! I was given a quote right away and availability too! I got my bed room floor redone, took very little time and i was very happy with the results! Would recommend!

Samuel and his team built me a lean too over an amazing 2 day period with amazing workmanship and precision. Not only did they do a fantastic job but at a fantastic price. I would recommend these guys too anyone and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. If first class service ever exists in the building trade then these guys are top of the list

Sam did an amazing job on tiling our kitchen. Very professional and takes care and pride in his work! Part of the tiling was very tricky and although we offered an easy alternative he completed the harder option perfectly! He is a real craftsman! Would recommend to anybody - thanks Sam

I can highly recommend Sam's work. He did a great job replacing broken and rusted manhole covers. The price was very fair and he kept to estimate he provided. Great attitude and great workmanship!

Efficient, using both hands and head, very pleasant personality, a real professional one could totally trust. Sam started first by putting an engineered floor in one room, then has redone a landing, a tricky piece of work with level problems. Both jobs were done to perfection, his price are on the friendly side of correct, definitely someone I would highly recommend.
