SAG Credit Union Limited has a new Job vacancy Full Time Credit Controller Reporting directly to the manager the Credit Controller/ Finance officer will be responsible for the progressive... implementation of the Credit Unions Credit Control Policy and procedures as a means of minimising the number of loan accounts in arrears. The ideal candidate will also need access to a car as the role may involve home visits Please note the role is for 37 hours per week including working Saturday mornings and Thursday nights. Starting Salary £23866 Minimum Criteria • 5 GCEs/GCSEs A-C Grade including English & Mathematics. • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years of working with clients/ members in a Credit Control role. • Customer facing experience • Experience of Monitoring customer accounts • Preparing reports for senior management • Experience of dealing with difficult customers • Working in a team environment • IT literate with experience of Financial Services Databases and Microsoft Office preferable. S.A.G. Credit Union Limited has a New Job Vacancy Part Time Cashier Clerk Salary £12,142 per annum (Salary Currently Under Review)... Reporting directly to the manager, the cashier clerk will provide an efficient service to members, processing transactions, interviewing loan applicants, approving loan applications and carrying out a range of administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, IT skills and ability to use own initiative is essential. Working as part of a team, interpersonal and team working skills are vital. Knowledge of Credit Unions and their ethos would be an advantage. Please note the role is for 25 hours per week with set working hours comprising of 6 Hours 40 minutes, Tuesday, and Friday from 9.50am to 5.30pm, 8 hours 40 minutes Thursday from 9.50am to 7.30pm and 3 hours Saturday morning until 1.00pm. Minimum Criteria • 5 GCEs/GCSEs A-C Grade (or Equivalent) including English & mathematics. • A Minimum of 2 years experience, within the last 5 years, of working in a financial services environment.
