Salisbury Medical Centre is a GP practice on the Antrim Road, Belfast.

The practice has four partner GPs; Drs Loughrey, Boylan, Harkin and Brown.

Other GPs working in the practice are Drs McKillen, Carr and Farquharson.

You may see a locum GP when attending the practice. Locum GPs help to cover leave. They are fully trained and able to refer and issue prescriptions like our partners and salaried GPs.

We are a training practice. At any time, we may have trainee doctors in the practice. They have a range of skill levels but are always supervised and have follow up discussions with their GP trainer.

Eimear Eastwood is our nurse practitioner and we have two treatment rooms run by Maria Carmichael and Ruth Keenan are practice nurses. Jackie Madden is our asthma and COPD nurse. Maura Corry is our practice pharmacist.

Our administration team is made up of 12 members:

Jacquie McDowell our financial manager
Lisa our prescribing assistant
Peter, Laura, Rosaria Rebecca, Kayleigh and Carol our receptionists.
We also have Jenine, Sarah and Janine who work as both receptionists and phlebotomists.
