Was in on Friday got my charging port fixed same day for free under warranty highly recommend do what they can to help can't thank them enough

Phone had the speaker back button fault - fellas at the desk when i dropped off and picked up were friendly and polite, took less than 10 minutes each time and they replaced the battery for free while fixing my hardware issue. Couldn't fault them and would go back if it needed a repair

My screen of my Samsung S6 Edge got a pressure point break. Samsung knows very well that there are problems with these screens and try to blame their customers! You can have it fixed but have to pay fer it. The phone is not even a year old! I am not a happy camper.



Eventho the people on the phone and email were really bad, the people in the service center are brill! Showed them my phone and they agreed with me and fixed everything free of charge!

Left my phone in today(tues) told it might be ready by thursday. 6hrs later get a call to say its ready. Perfect job. Thank you. I nearly didn't use this service because of the bad reviews. Over the moon ��

Left my phone in to get fixed Sat for a replacement charging port, phone was back with me by Thursday. Guys on the desk were very helpful & friendly when leaving phone in and collecting it. On the bottom of receipt there are tracking details for the repair, I found this very handy for seeing what stage my repair was at. Didn't realise this place existed; having been quoted £180 for this repair by CPW I was delighted to find Samsung themselves only charged £70!! Keep up the good work �

Great, in person support. Sent my s.o. down to get his phone looked at after one of the staff ( Dylan? I think?) fixed my charger in zero seconds flat. Fixed Kevin's battery issues right off the bat as well

Forgot my password. Called into shop and thought they wouldn't be too happy as it was near closing time but I was wrong. Couldn't have been more helpful. Both very friendly and chatty and explained exactly what they were doing to phone. Had been to EE minutes before to get my proof of purchase for phone and was treated the complete opposite so thought I would get same from samsung but I was greeted with a big smile and told I was able to get it fixed. Wish all stores had employees like these.

Fantastic service. Left phone in for replacement charger port and it was ready six hours later. Very pleasant lads working in shop. Also 20 pounds cheaper than I had been quoted by an independent shop who incidentally failed to inform me that if they were to fix it I would negate my warranty. Definitely recommend

Left table in Friday said it may take about 5 days got message on Monday it was ready first class customer service and all under Samsung 2 year guarantee.

Called in first thing Saturday morning with a Samsung tab s2 that was taking up to 26 hours to charge, called back an hour later tablet had been checked over, problem diagnosed and resolved, staff were brilliant, knew exactly what they were talking about and couldn't have been more helpful. !! Way to go keith

Bought my s7 edge from ee. Phone is great just a few dead pixels appeared. Took it to ee who ignored me and fobbed me off with it will take 2 weeks to get fixed. Come to the Samsung repair and the phone is fixed within 2 hours with great customer service. Well done guys...finally something to give ee a run for their money

Wish I had read the reviews before sending my phone here. Had went in with my galaxy s7 edge phone that had been slow and freezing. They reset it and it was fine for about a week and it started happening again. Used the online support and they had arranged to send my phone back to here to be fixed which was fine. Got a text to say the repair was cancelled and tried ringing to find out what had happened and no-one would answer the phone. Finally got my phone back today to find that the screen has been damaged! Imagine getting your phone back in worse condition than was to begin with! Ridiculous.

Took my phone into get fixed as it wasnt chargein. Battery was draining out. A guy took my phone and told me was gona run a test and to come back in half n hour . When i returned to get my phone they had misplaced the sim card. Asked me had i got it , i was like no why would i have it u took the phone of me to fix. Give me the phone back wiped, lost everything which didnt tell me they were wippein it, phone wouldnt turn on and give me a charger and told me to bring it back to the carfone warehouse were i got it. Never again. A £400 phone which was supp to be fixed by these people is now worse than what it was. Its now to be sent of to forestside to see what they can do. Absolute joke this place. Bunch of yahoos. One doesnt no what the other ones doin. Stay clear !!!

My mum went into the shop today to get her phone fixed.... they where able to tell her it can be fixed free of charged as it was still under warranty, she handed her phone over and was told to call back in 2 hours. When she got a text to say the phone was ready to be picked up she went back to shop to be told that the phone had water damage (even though where it shows you if your phone is water damaged at the back the dot was not red) my mum told them she had not got any water near it!! and they said this can happen if you have it in bathroom with you and the steam from hot water can cause this to happen (bullshit)!! They said they could fix her phone but I would cost £250 even though the phone is only £150 to buy New!! when she said no she will just go buy a new one they then said it was £20!! to get her OWN!! phone back!! at this point my mum was so frustrated she walked out of the shop phoneless!! so anyone looking to get their phone fixed do not go near this shop!! I will be telling all my friends and family to stay away!!

Spent 46 minutes on the phone to customer service (2 minutes speaking to someone) on 7th November to be told the systems were down and someone would contact me......still waiting. Now I have to go into Belfast after 4 nights night duty on Saturday. Shoddy service from Samsung UK

I am writing to you on behalf of my father in regards to the extremely poor customer service he has received within your Support Centre. In total, he has visited your store 3 times, and has had no solutions to an on-going problem. He has also visited his service provider, who insist it is a fault of the phone, and had originally advised him to contact you. On his first visit, you suggested he backed everything up which he did. Then when he returned on the second occasion, the RF machine was broken, thus another wasted journey. You did take it back to factory settings but the problem persisted. He was informed that there was a clear fault with the phone, however was told he had to return again to run the phone on the RF machine to establish the fault. He returned today and was served by Daniel, who then told him that the RF machine would not take the phone. He was then informed he would need to return again, leave his phone to be taken apart and tested further. He has been having ongoing problems with his phone now for 3 months - not allowing him to make or received calls intermittently, as well has very poor signal. He is paying for a service which he cannot use and is extremely disappointed that there has been no solution to this persistent problem. My father works shift work, so as you can imagine travelling to the store can be challenging within opening hours. The phone is just over a year old, and is still in warranty. It is highly disappointing that he has had to travel so many times to come away with a phone that cannot even call or text! It is also highly frustrating that there seems to be such little effort made in resolving this issue with yourselves.



This is hardly a ringing endorsement for Samsung products and aftercare.

Cannot get through on the phone to this place is a joke. Forced to just go down to them. They will try anything to get out of fixing your phone under warranty. But are happy enough to charge you to do it.

Called today at 9.30 as shop was told to call back in 2 to 3 hours I was told the screen would be repaired under warranty and I was thankfully to the employee. Called back to check if the phone was ready then I was told it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow and might not be covered under warranty.... why tell someone it will be fixed that day and under warranty to then say it won't be finished that day and might not be covered by warranty samsung have lost a customer but won't give a fiddlers this a common fault which is pink line from top of screen to the bottom absolute joke of a service
