Sandy Row Boxing has been serving the Belfast Community for nearly two decades; and is a blend of an old school venue with scientific training. The Club has had numerous Amateur success stories and aims to provide many more to come. Its professional training methods delivered by experienced professional and amateur coaches have proved time and again that their system works! The club is open to all abilities and ages and is situated in the centre of historic Belfast close to Bus and Train stations with ample parking close by. The club is also open to working with groups from around the province and further afield to provide confidence boosting group fitness based around the principles of Boxing fitness.
