Nothing so simple and satisfying as potato fried in butter! Finally tried the new black garlic butter from @abernethybutter @abernethy_butter and it is stunning! Sweet, savoury, salty; it was perfect to fry some baby potatoes in and finished the dish off with chopped tarragon and dill which complemented the black garlic flavour so well - magic! @meabdot and I spent this afternoon back where we grew up, walking around Slieve Gullion with @groundednewry and @fineganandson while @claremcqq helped us to see all the wonderful food around us as we wandered - can’t wait to start cooking, fermenting and pickling some of the things we found!
