The famous dark hedges from Game Of Thrones looking very majestic as always last sunday morning at sunrise.
It was great to have this iconic place all to ourselves for a few hours before the flocks of people landed :)

Some lovely warm Autumn colours over Slieve Gallion after a long day of heavy rain.
I love this image as it brings me back to my younger days as that is my old primary school St Columb's in the distance :)

Just hanging around! Had an awesome time shooting in a air hanger a few weeks back.

Here are a few images from a recent shoot with the brillant model Lauryn. I had wanted to try out my Godox AD200 off camera flash and it worked an absolute treat!
Is this something that appeals to you?? If you would like to find out more about booking a session then please do drop us a message and i will be sure to get back to you.

A brilliant day out for everyone involved, organised by the wonderful Aisling Gribbin from Dog Trails NI :)

Here is a image from a brillant off camera flash evening at Downhill Beach in Castlerock.
On this occasion i stood well back from Emma our model and used a long zoom lens to pull the background on closer. This was a simple single hard light setup creating some strong shadows.
Do you like this kind of work? If so and you would like to organize a shoot then please do send me a message.

Last of the light
This image was taken at the well known Dunluce Castle along the north coast. The light we had this evening was outstanding but i left it a little too late to scramble down to get this shot resulting in me missing the best of the light!
i still think this image is nice considering i kept sliding on the very slippery rocks beneath my feet! lol

A true irish home.
Who would rather live here than in the hustle and bustle of a city or town??
This was the last stop on my fantastic few days exploring the hills and glens of Wicklow and what a place to end it!
... I got chatting to the owner for quite awhile and i was informed about when the cottage was refurbished etc and she couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly,
that's true Irish people for you! :)

With the weather being so dull today i thought i would rummage through some old images and post something a little more colourful to brighten up today.
This is the well known stepping stones at Tollymore forest park in Co Down during the Autumn season.
The weather couldn't have been much better for my first visit to this area and i hope we can have more sunshine soon :D

On Sunday past i had the pleasure in photographing some wonderful dogs for a great up and coming business called Dog Trails NI.
Dogs Trails NI is Northern Ireland's first fitness classes dedicated for both us humans along side our dogs as well. :)
Hit the trails and get active with your four legged friend, meet some like minded folk and have some craic with your dog!
... Please do give the page a "like" or a "share" and keep up to date with info on upcoming classes. :)

The wall to heaven! :)
A frosty morning in the Mourne Mountains of Co Down, it may have been a frosty -3 oC Sunday morning but my god it was worth the 3:30am alarm when we were treated to this sunrise which was truly amazing!
With it being my first ever time for me to witness a sunrise in these mountains i don't think anything will top it for awhile :D
... I hope you enjoy this image as much as i loved taking it. :)

Bring back those sunny days at the north coast!
With the recent weather being so dreadful i thought it would be a good idea to rummage through old photographs and post something warm and also get us excited for the long evenings returning resulting in lots more adventures in the evenings :)
This is a sunrise shot at the famous carrick a rede rope bridge near Ballintoy Co Antrim.
... People often say "your mad" for getting up early but when you have places like this to yourself listening to the birds singing and waves crashing it is the best feeling in the world.
Please do like, share or leave me a comment saying what you like about this image, or indeed which part of the coast is your favourite??

A snow covered Springhill House with some lovely rays of sunshine!
Springhill is a 17th-century plantation house near Moneymore, County Derry. It has been the property of the National Trust since 1957 and, in addition to the house, gardens and park, there is a costume collection and a purported ghost.
This 17th-century unfortified house was built about 1680 and was originally surrounded by a defensive bawn. Around 1765 two single-storey wings were added and the entrance front was modified to its present arrangement of seven windows across its width.

Fernsehturm Tower 🇩🇪🇩🇪🌍✈
Last week myself and my other half took a trip to Berlin to get us in the Christmas spirit :)
It was our last night and i couldn't possibly leave without doing some last long exposure shots!
... This is a four second exposure in order to blur the trams and i love how the two men stood still as it gives a real sense of motion to the image :)
Germany you were fantastic and we will certainly be back in the future :)
Please do leave me a comment if you like this image or give it a share :)

Even with grey skies the view over Iniscarn forest and up to Slieve Gallion is incredible. The forest is mostly evergreen trees but there are a few that give us great bursts of colour during autumn and to me there is no better place to call home.
A birds eye view really shows of how beautiful Ireland is and i hope you all enjoy this as much as i do :)

Foley's Bridge Tollymore Forest park
Last sunday i took the two hour drive and headed to find some Autumn colours, I had never visited Tollymore before but had seen loads of images from it and just had to see it for myself.
This bridge is so photogenic you can clearly see why it attracts hundreds of people at this time of the year.
... Please to hit like, share or tell me what you like best about this image :)
