Not what any business owner wants to see but unfortunately these things happen.
As silly as 1 cigarette according to the fire brigade has cost us 1000s in damage.
Stupid how some people can be so careless.
... But most importantly the flames didn't reach the 3 flats above our shop and No one was hurt thankfully.
All of us at Seaview Carpets just want to say a massive thank you to the people who let us know and to the fellas that got involved without hesitation and helped us clear some of the beds that were in the container, it's deeply appreciated.
Also thank you to the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue service for coming right away and doing an incredible job.
