Well where to start. Great guide and great fun. We had American family over and wanted to try somthing different. Result great fun had by all!!!
We r just back after a wonderful experience with Segway NI. Matthew and Kyle were so amazing they looked after us from start to finish making the 1hr 30 minute tour informative and fun. Thank you both for your professionalism and kindness towards me and my family. All I can say is the reviews I read before I arrived left me worried but for us the experience was super we will definitely be back to the other off road experience Segway NI offer.....
We have just came back from the titanic segway tour . It was great would definitely recommend anyone to do it . We will def be doing it again
We had received vouchers for this tour from family and the kids were very excited whilst myself and my husband were slightly anxious! We all had a great morning despite the rain. Johnny was a hoot - full of local knowledge. A great facility which allows you to see around Titanic quarter. Just slightly disappointed we didn't see any White Walkers over at the Titanic Studios.
We booked the off road segway tours for our family and I have to say it was brilliant. The instructor was very relaxed by professional and he made is all feel very confident, although my husbands confidence was not matched with ability lol. A great fun afternoon was had by all and I will be rebooking with other family members in the very near future. Thank you
Was on a party hen party at segway NI yesterday.was absolutely fab activity to do bot piers and tam had good patience and there personality made the experience perfect fun for all welldone guys

I was bought vouchers for my birthday and I couldn't wait to use them. From the moment Kyle introduced himself to us we knew it was going to be a special experience. He was so patient when giving the brief and initial instruction of how to use the segways. Then we were off. The tour I chose was around the Titanic area. Kyle was very knowledgeable in the history of the various places and buildings we saw. It was a great way to see the place. We stopped at the pump house cafe for a cuppa before returning. On the way back we stopped at a large tarmac area and all were given the opportunity just to play on the segways and just see exactly what they are capable of.
Had a great experience doing the off road segway with Tam. Great instructor and a good laugh. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to do it again.
Fantastic!!! 4 of us booked the off road one in lurgan. Really enjoyed it. Super scared in the beginning, buy tom the instructor was lovely and kept a close eye especially when i got stuck lol it was a great laugh!!! Def would book again, Thank you Tom!!!
Despite the fine, Irish rain that blew sort of sideways during our tour, we had a grand time touring the Titanic quarter. Matt was our guide and was pleasant and professional.

Awesome-had a Segway NI Tour today with Kyle at Titanic and it was just fantastic-thanks Kyle for being so patient with our girls- Thanks Kyle-they loved it-highly recommend this experience-thanks so much. Carol, Steve , Kaylee, Emma and Becky
11 of us had booked for hen party & when we arrived there were only 8 segways, the young guys in charge were surprised we didnt know we would have to share!!!! Very disappointing
We never got the chance to try it out the gate was locked and our appointment was at 3pm for the VR and no one about. We tried to contact for a few days to verify the slot and no reply to emails or phone calls.
Set appointment for new years eve at 3pm. Spent thirty quid to book through their website. Show up ten minutes before the scheduled tour time and no one was there!!! Waited till 320 and still no one was there. Gave up. Was really disappointed because I was there and no one ever showed up. We emaile, we called, we texted and never heard back from anyone. My girlfriend who lives there and paid for it has been put through the ringer trying to get her money back!! Never use these people!!! They are horrible!!! , they have told her twice they would call her back and still nothing!!! I am truly disappointed!!! It was the one sad thing of an amazing trip!
Having had our tour cancelled on us once, we rearranged another tour. Before we left the house we checked emails, texts etc to make sure we had no cancellations. We arrived promptly having been asked to be there 15 minutes early. We were all there on time as were other members of our tour. The sun was shining, there was no wind or rain although it was a little cold. We waited outside the office patiently awaiting our tour. May I add, we had organised baby sitters, driven from 45 mins away etc, paid petrol and car parking. As our time approached no one turned up. We proceeded to wait for 30 mins and during that time we checked our phones to see if there had been any missed calls, texts etc. There was nothing. We then proceeded to call all three numbers for the company, all of which went to voicemail. After we left having given up, we searched online and on Facebook and discovered a post had been put up 15 minutes before the tour was due to start, cancelling it. How we were supposed to have seen this or know about it was beyond me. We hadn't previously liked the page or asked to receive notifications. Our family and other participants were very disappointed at the sheer lack of effort made by this company. Is a phone call really that hard? Also, it was our second cancellation and with no warning. The customer service was appalling and sheer disregard for the effort people have had made to be there was poor. I certainly would not book again because the chances of me actually getting near a segway seem non-existent.
Booked for a stag party a number of months ago and we paid a deposit and when we arrived they had messed up our booking and we ended up not getting to do the activities we had booked and having to ring other places in Belfast on the day to book something. Poor Poor company! Avoid avoid!
Booked for 2 adults and 4 kids for Monday 18th July. Arrived 30 mins before time after having drove 48 miles to get there only to find nobody there. Hung around waiting and no one showed up, so tried contacting Wesley to no avail. Was told that he also owned portadown recycling centre so tried contacting it only to be told that he was not in the country and was away on holiday not to be back until next week. I sent Wesley messages on the Segway ni Facebook page, eventually he replied to tell me he was sorry but he was on holiday and I could just rebook. I told him I want refunded and compensated for the nearly 100 mile round trip I done with 4 gutted kids which turned out to be a wasted journey and I am still waiting on a reply. I have messaged Wesley a couple of times now and he is ignoring my messages. This is very poor customer service and I will not let this go until I get this resolved.
Booked a Segway tour online, had my confirmation that booking was complete and reference number. Showed up 20mins early and no one there to meet us. I messaged the company through Facebook and was told they had no record of our booking. Hopeless. Asked us if we wanted to do the 3pm tour but we couldn't. When I asked if there were any spaces at 1pm I had no response. Something not right about this company. After reading other reviews of similar experiences I am suspicious �
