We run weekly self-defence classes teaching students how to defend themselves using the Krav Maga system.

Self Defence North bring the combat system used by the worlds special forces, Krav Maga, to our students for the purpose of civilian self defence in attack and assault scenarios.
We teach our students how to be aware of threat, how to navigate violent situations and protect themselves against armed and unarmed attackers along with lone & multiple attackers in a safe, friendly environment.

We learn to defend against:
Strikes - Punches, elbows, knees, kicks
Grabs - Chokes, locks /holds, restraint manoeuvres
Weapons- Gun, knife, baseball bat
