Seraphic Holistic Therapies was first established in 2006 in the heart of Newry city centre. Agnes has been practising a wide range of therpaies since qualifying in 2002, specialising in Kinetic Chain Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology!
Seraphic Holistic Therapies Description
TREATMENT MENU
REFLEXOLOGY: This ancient therapy is designed to promote self healing and relaxation throughout the body and mind by working on the feet. By applying pressure to the feet it stimulates the reflex points of the organs, helping the body to release tension and improve circulation; and also helping to release a build up of toxins within the body, bringing about a sense of well being and deep relaxation. It is renowned for easing the symptoms of conditions such as Arthritis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Pre-menstral Tension to name but a few.
MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY: A specialised form of reflexology designed to help with all aspects of pregnancy, it can be carried out from the second trimester, up until the delivery date. It can help alleviate heartburn, morning sickness, constipation and fluid retention to name a few. It is great for relieving stress and anxiety leading to a more relaxed approach towards birth.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: A deep massage with regulated pressure, which is excellent for releasing knots and effectively easing aching back pain and tired limbs. This massage is perfect for sports related aches and pains, also for those suffering from work related stress and pain.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE: This massage is performed using a blended oil and focuses on the shoulders, neck, head and face helping to release tension and relieve stress. A great treatment for individuals who suffer from headaches and neck pain, stemming from computer related work, and also those who are always in the car.
HOT STONE MASSAGE: I call this the Rolls Royce of Massage, a deeply relaxing treatment using hot basalt stones to soothe and rebalance your body. A customised oil is used to anoint the stones and enhance the benefits of this treatment.
HOPI EAR CANDLES: This specialised treatment originates from American Indians who benefited greatly from this treatment. The flame of the candle creates a vibrational massage-like effect on the eardrum helping to balance the pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. It helps relieve and soothe earche, headache, sinus pressure and nervousness, a relaxing pressure point facial massage finishes off this treatment
TOTAL BLISS: This treatment speaks for itself, it is Total Bliss and you end up floating home. A customised back, neck and shoulder massage relaxes the muscles and relieves stress and tension held within the back. This is followed by a facial treatment, cleanse exfoliation, face, neck and head massage, and a treatment mask. Finished off with a mini reflexology treatment and 1 1 /2 hr of pure bliss.

I love it and am well over due another visit, Agnes is fantastic at what she does, one of the best for reflexology, back massage and Indian head massage and I’m looking forward to trying out one of her new treatments.
I highly recommend Seraphic and since first trying it I have kept going back, the rooms and atmosphere are so quiet, beautiful and relaxing you can totally switch off and I like how it is focused not just on enjoyment of the treatment but also on well being and health maintenance and individualised to the person. Jenny and Agnes are brilliant at what they do very knowledgable and also very easy to talk to. Top place!

I recently had KCR (Kinetic Chain Release) with Agnes, this treatment is nothing short of a miracle. During my 1st session I didn't know whether I loved it or hated it, within minutes of finishing it I realised I loved it. Instantly I felt so relaxed, the most relaxed any treatment has ever made me feel, (I don't relax easily!!) always in a rush, work too much etc!!
After just 1 session I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. I felt like I was in a bubble floating through the day, this is no joke, it's actually how I felt. I recently got married and had a session of KCR a few days before my wedding, I give full credit to Agnes for my relaxed state of mind and body. Everybody from the guests to the florist, photographer to the hotel staff, they all commented on how relaxed I was. I literally floated through the build up and day of my wedding and this was because of my KCR treatment. I love KCR, it is amazing, there are so many benefits to it, I can't wait for my next session.
Agnes is not only a therapist, she genuinely cares for the mental and physical health and wellbeing of her clients. Mix a fantastic therapist with an amazing treatment and it's cloud 9!!
