Very good, delighted with the 4x4. It is very quiet, responsive and smooth. You couldn't guess it's a diesel. The vehicle is nice and intuitive so makes driving and getting the feel of it a doddle. The automatic gearbox is incredible and seamlessly changes up and down. The coil sprung rear suspension makes you think you are driving a sophisticated car. No pogo stick bouncing up and down here like nearly all of its rivals.

From having had my doubts about SSangYong, after travelling 400 odd miles from N Ireland to Bournemouth in one, I can do little else than highly recommend them. We had a jolly time picking it up. Well worth the trip. Phil Warner

It might tk few weeks to find the right car but he always dose it. If I have any problems it’s no longer a problem when I speak to Darren as he gets it in And resolved so me massive thank you to him now I’m driving my new Mercedes and Lv it

I have purchased 2 cars with Lisburn sere and neil dunwoody over the past 8/9 years. Unfortunately I went to a different dealer last year and it was the worst decision I have ever made, I went back to neil and told him about my horrible experience and he went above and beyond to try to help me. I can highly recommend and if i am ever changing car again I will be back to sere

I went back to the Boucher road where I bought my new Tivoli last year [which is a great car] as the washer pump had stopped working and needed a fuse changed. I couldn't do it myself as I couldn't get the fuse out and my husband couldn't help as he has broken his leg...all of which I told the girl in reception. She sent out a young mechanic, who was very pleasant, and he removed the broken fuse but then told me to go to Halfords to buy a new one. A set of 5 fuses cost me £2.69 so they are not expensive but you would have thought they could have fitted a new one for me. This is very poor aftercare and the staff are obviously not directed to look after each customer and 'go the extra mile' to deliver good service. This is not the first example of poor service with this company but only the first time I have taken to FB to express my views.
