Yesterday I said yes to the dress with the help of the lovely Kym!!!�she put myself, my mum and two bridesmaids at ease from the moment we arrived!I couldn’t have wished for a better day � The dress I picked was the first dress I tried on and chosen by Kym herself! From the look on everyone’s face I knew it was the one! Thank you so so much Kym and I love my gorgeous bracelet ��

This boutique is incredible! So many beautiful dresses, I was spoilt for choice! The customer service is excellent and really made every step of getting the dress so enjoyable and special. Linda was really helpful and friendly and gave her honest opinion. I had a dress in mind and they ordered it in especially for me to try on and it ended up being the one! They also recommended the excellent makeup artist Jill Wallace who did my wedding makeup. I can't thank you guys enough! xx

I was very lucky to have had all the girls expert advise in helping me chose my dream Susanne Neville dress! The advise and guidance I received from Ruth, Linda and Sarah where second to none and helped me rule out straight away the styles that didn't suit me! When I tried this dress on I knew it was the one it fitted so comfortably and gave me the shape I wanted from a dress, they also showed me different styles in which I could customise this dress to suit me by adding a jacket and/or a belt which I LOVED so many ppl complimented all of the dresses which looked stunning on the day...I would highly recommend serendipity bridal Fivemiletown for finding the perfect dress/dresses! Had a full day of Bridal shops to visit one day and this was my first. Could not recommend it enough. Their collection is fabulous and very classy. I knew my dress was perfect for me and was only the third one I tried on. After describing my style it didn't take long for them to find me a dress that made me feel amazing. Awh what can I say!!! Love, love, love this shop!!! I cannot recommend it highly enough to all you brides to be!!! No matter where you are from it is worth the trip to it!!! This is truly an amazing bridal shop!!! Trust me when I say I had been to quite a few!!! The shop itself is just stunning, so well done off and beautiful!!! Everything in it sparkles and I don’t just mean their exquisite dresses!!! I think I probably fell in love with the shop itself as soon as I walked in!!! Of course then I fell in love with the dresses in here!!! Oh my goodness the selection in Serendipity is unreal, I mean breath-taking, the rail just dazzles you!!! So do not be mistaken by the shops quaint size as it has by far the best variety and styles of dresses that I had come across. Of course then you fall in love with the staff!!! Ruth and Linda were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble!!! Ruth made it such an enjoyable experience for myself and my bridesmaids, she made us feel right at home and so comfortable, it was as if she knew us a lifetime. Ruth you are a gem – and kept me calm when I really needed it!!! Ruth knew exactly what options to show me – even better than I knew myself and of course helped me find the dress that I fell in love with!!! Ruth also helped me pick my bridesmaids dresses which really complimented the whole look and the girls were always willing to go out of their way to accommodate me in regards to trying our dresses on, late night appointments and providing advice on the finer details!!! Awh what can I say!!! Love, love, love this shop!!! I cannot recommend it highly enough to all you brides to be!!! No matter where you are from it is worth the trip to it!!! This is truly an amazing bridal shop!!! Trust me when I say I had been to quite a few!!! The shop itself is just stunning, so well done off and beautiful!!! Everything in it sparkles and I don’t just mean their exquisite dresses!!! I think I probably fell in love with the shop itself as soon as I walked in!!! Of course then I fell in love with the dresses in here!!! Oh my goodness the selection in Serendipity is unreal, I mean breath-taking, the rail just dazzles you!!! So do not be mistaken by the shops quaint size as it has by far the best variety and styles of dresses that I had come across. Of course then you fall in love with the staff!!! Ruth and Linda were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble!!! Ruth made it such an enjoyable experience for myself and my bridesmaids, she made us feel right at home and so comfortable, it was as if she knew us a lifetime. Ruth you are a gem – and kept me calm when I really needed it!!! Ruth knew exactly what options to show me – even better than I knew myself and of course helped me find the dress that I fell in love with!!! Ruth also helped me pick my bridesmaids dresses which really complimented the whole look and the girls were always willing to go out of their way to accommodate me in regards to trying our dresses on, late night appointments and providing advice on the finer details!!! Serendipity also introduced me to an excellent wedding seamstress and recommended other services that were invaluable to me. All of which were excellent and I hope to use again!!! I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Ruth and Linda, you helped make my dreams come true with all your hard work and effort - I could not have pulled it off without you!!! xxx

Yesterday I said yes to the dress with the help of the lovely Kym!!!�she put myself, my mum and two bridesmaids at ease from the moment we arrived!I couldn’t have wished for a better day � The dress I picked was the first dress I tried on and chosen by Kym herself! From the look on everyone’s face I knew it was the one! Thank you so so much Kym and I love my gorgeous bracelet ��

This boutique is incredible! So many beautiful dresses, I was spoilt for choice! The customer service is excellent and really made every step of getting the dress so enjoyable and special. Linda was really helpful and friendly and gave her honest opinion. I had a dress in mind and they ordered it in especially for me to try on and it ended up being the one! They also recommended the excellent makeup artist Jill Wallace who did my wedding makeup. I can't thank you guys enough! xx

I visited on Saturday with my Mum, Mother in Law and Bridesmaids. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome! During my initial consultation with Ruth, she listened to my ideas, she showed me a selection of dresses in my preferred style, and then recommended a dress that I would never have thought about. After trying on a couple of beautiful dresses- including the dress of dreams that I had thought would be THE dress, but just didn’t suit me, I tried Ruth’s recommendation and fell in love, and after lots of tears and excitement, I said yes to the dress! I had the most amazing experience choosing all of my dresses in this store both for myself and my bridesmaids. I was very lucky to have had all the girls expert advise in helping me chose my dream Susanne Neville dress! The advise and guidance I received from Ruth, Linda and Sarah where second to none and helped me rule out straight away the styles that didn't suit me! I am not a comfortable shopper and It was my first (and only) Bridal shop experience but for me it was amazing! Their collection is fabulous and they had so much choice in detailing and styles! To be honest I nearly couldn’t pick from their amazing dressings but my heart just knew when I put that perfect one on! Couldn’t be happier and it has made me so excited for my big day!�

Had a full day of Bridal shops to visit one day and this was my first. Could not recommend it enough. Their collection is fabulous and very classy. I knew my dress was perfect for me and was only the third one I tried on. After describing my style it didn't take long for them to find me a dress that made me feel amazing. Going into the shop I thought I had an idea of what I would like but Ruth just knows perfectly what suits your shape etc!
