I am a professional Integrative counsellor registered with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists).

I am currently practicing in the Newry area and offer one to one counselling to adults aged 18 & over.

I am an Integrative counsellor. This involves combining aspects of Cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic and psychodynamic approaches to suit your individual needs.

I provide one to one counselling sessions to adults. Areas of counselling that I work with include:
