Sew Perfect Description
With over thirty years experience in the clothing industry, Sheelagh works to an exceptionally high standard and professional work ethic.
The alteration, tailoring and repair of occasion wear is a specialty as is the rejuvenation and re-design of your favourite pieces.
Sheelagh is delighted to offer advice and suggestions and will happily quote for free prior to undertaking any work.
From a trouser hem or button fix to the re-size of a wedding gown or re-tabbing your living room curtains, no job is too big or too small. Even when you might think it's impossible, please talk to us first before giving up.

Just recieved our dresses of sheelagh for a wedding she had them to perfection everything perfect and a very nice lady at that we were a bit of a fussy bunch but she made us all look perfect cant wait to wear it now thank you so much u deserve so much credit x
I took a few pairs of work trousers into Sew Perfect that were falling apart, I honestly didn't think they could actually save them, but save them they did :-) no need to buy new ones for a few years at least, Great job Sheila will definitely be back...... :-)
First class work every time. We travelled from carlingford to get our bridesmaids dresses altered. Well worth the journey. You won't find anyone better.
Fantastic work done by Sheelagh , dresses turned out beautiful and no matter what needed done she made sure it was perfect, will definitely be contacting her for anymore work that's needs done , would give more than 5 stars xx

Ever had an Internet purchase fail? I'd ordered a dress for a charity ball but when it arrived the lining was super short and one shoulder was wider than the other!! Although I live in Manchester I knew Sheelagh at Sew Perfect was the woman for the job! I popped it in the post on Wednesday, Sheelagh worked her magic (completely deconstructed the dress and rebuilt it) and had it back to me by Friday lunchtime!! A sewing wizard, a miracle worker!! Thank you so so much Sheelagh, you fixed what was an Internet purchase disaster, it fitted like a glove xx
