Simply great service .The lady who dealt with my order on the phone to the fitting team were great. There was a delay in myself having the base ready which caused me to cancel my original fitting date ,however this was accommodated really well with no hassle at all.Simply a well organized good company.

Bought a log cabin last year - I thoroughly recommend this company - it was not only the best value (and I had checked 'everywhere'!!), but the quality was SUPER - we put it together ourselves and there was not one board out of line! The service was also super - we went back this year to get some stain to give it another protective coat - they went out of their way to help us get this. A year later - AND - we still LOVE this 10'x10' - it still has that lovely log timber smell and the quality is so nice. It is the first note of admiration from visitors!! Totally love it - and - absolutely RECOMMEND IT (and - this is my first ever 'recommend'!!) :)

Its says on the Shed Factorys website that they will beat any price I got a cheaper price at Hill Head Sheds and they offered a £5 reduction on that Price. When I asked if they could offer a better reduction the girl on the phone was downright rude and told me to go and buy it from Hill Head Sheds. WOW! They could do with some training in communicating with the customer. Its not what you would expect from front line staff in todays world. TIP: "As a company you are what you speak". This says a lot about the companies values and the service to expect post purchase. In that respect I had a lucky escape. I have since taken her advice and placed my order with Hill Head Sheds. The guy on the phone at Hill Head Sheds was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for the advice!

The right response might have made me continue with the purchase rather than be "Gob Smacked" with the 1970's approach to engaging with the customer. I purchased the Woodvale 10 x12 metal shed for my property in West Clare. the service from Shed Factory was 1st class and the shed itself was very strong once bolted together..I had concerns about the ability of any shed to stand the winds at my property which is 600 ft above sea just a few miles from the Atlantic Coast. With a few additional metal straps built into the cocreate base it is rock solid and I am sure it will stand for many years.

Ordering my shed was simple and Bobby answered all my questions. Placing and sizing of the door and window was no problem and the price was good. Waiting time was as per brochure. The assembly team arrived on time and were very professional in erecting the shed. I would definitely recommend the Shed Factory to all.
