Excellent customer service with a good Family feel to this multi car dealership. The staff really go the extra mile to look after you & your vehicle!

I requested an automatic rental, right after charging my card for it they said they didn't have any automatics available, now I'm stuck with a Pending 300USD charge on my card for the next 5 days of my vacation. I was going to use that for spending money. Now I have to rent from someone else and have a second charge on my account.

Took ownership of a new Renault traffic sport last year and with only 11300 miles on it the gearbox went the staff have been very helpfull in getting it sorted but not good enough for a brand new van.

Fantastic experience here with the Toyota service team. Provided the cheapest quote for my repair on the same day as enquiry. Could not have been more flexible with arrangement for dropping off and picking up the car. Identified the problem extremely quickly, phoned me to fill me in on the timeline, then delivered on it. Extremely professional and high quality repair done, and extra checks provided for reassurance even though I hadn't requested them. Dealt with Paul who was friendly, trustworthy and I knew the car was in safe hands. Got a friendly welcome from all other staff too. I came here from the South as they offered great value, but I'll be switching my regular service here as I've never had such a good experience in 10 years of visiting various Toyota dealers.

Fantastic service and very friendly

Good dealership with reasonably helpfull staff. We did have some issues with dates and particular staff not being available when we had scheduled a phone call. We got what we wanted in the end but it wasn't an easy journey.

Used for vehicle hire. Very friendly and helpful.

Free coffee, WIFI and comfortable waiting area. Staff are genuinely helpful and very pleasant to talk to.
