**Shining House reserve time for your cleaning; therefore we are require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Customer can cancel an appointment on website, by phone or Facebook Page. There is no charge for cancellations made with 24-hour notice on business days (M-S, 8 am to 8 pm). However, we charge a £25 fee for cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice.
Monday clients must cancel by close of business on the preceding Saturday.

Note: A £25 fee is automatically billed for a late cancellation.
