I'm a qualified and accredited counsellor with 15 years' experience helping people feel happier and more in control of their lives. These are by far the wishes and goals I hear most often from people at the beginning. They are also the areas they reflect on having changed towards the end, usually in addition to knowing and valuing themselves more and relationships with others having improved. I have worked for 4 of the largest counselling organisations in Northern Ireland, therefore I've had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and representing a range of cultural, religious, gender and sexual identities.
