The core programme has made a dramatic difference to my stomach, hard but well worth the time and effort. Simon is a great personal trainer and very motivational.
Thanks to SJW Personal Training, had a great workout yesterday, looking forward to the next one.
Simon takes his HITT class to another level, he is dedicated and organised, which gives us a fantastic work out every Thursday.
Due to his athletic background he is very knowledgeable and can tailor the class to everyone's specific needs. I would highly recommend Simons' class and personal training.
Simon listens to what you want to gain out of personal training. He motivates and encourages you throughout the session. If you are a beginner or an intermediate, Simon will have various quality sessions planned for your workout.
Simon is a great personal trainer, he is all about you and not for himself which is what you want! He is very encouraging and helps motivate you when your struggling! I have learnt a lot from him within the 8 weeks I have had with him, I feel more healthier and motavited.
Simon is a fantastic instructor, and brings the 'personal' into personal training as he really listens and understands what you want out of a session. Simon himself comes from an elite sporting background so fully understands what is needed to improve/hit your goals. He's also had his fair share of injuries so knows how to work around them till your 100% again and get you back to your best in the quickest possible time. So whether you're looking to just get fit, lose some weight and maybe enter the local fun run or take your training to the next level and have a crack at something a bit more serious, Simon's your man.
Really enjoyed my first session with Simon - for someone that runs in the opposite direction from any strength work, Simon made it enjoyable, fun and although hard work, loved every minute and finished with a smile. Has a great understanding of athletes needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Roll on the 2017 season and being Ironman ready swim, bike, run and strength conditioned :-)
Really enjoyed last week's Fit Camp - I'll definitely be joining in the next one! It was great to learn some new and exciting ways to get fit!
I booked a 6week package with Simon for my grandson to hopefully improve his speed in running. From the off Simon was very personable and we arranged meeting times and places to which he proved to be completely flexible. He produced some excellent sessions which were varied and enjoyable (to watch anyway!)My grandson,Leo, immediately bought in to what Simon was trying to achieve and responded well so much so that I could see over the period of the course, there was a visible improvement in his technique. He also improved his speed which was the object of the exercise.
Simonβs professionalism and knowledge was vital to Leoβs progression and it was exactly what I was looking for.
I would thoroughly recommend Simon if you are looking for a dedicated thorough personal trainer.
