Hey all, just a bit of background knowledge of SK sport therapy and what It’s all about... For the last 8 years or more I have had a huge interest in the sport and fitness industry. I got myself into shape, became fitter, stronger, a lot of confidence came with that and I learned a lot along the way. I’ve built up a great clientele regarding fitness classes and personal training. Alongside training I always questioned the other side of things... What effects will this have o...n my body? When I got injured and in pain, what was the cause and what part of me have I injured? How can I treat this and furthermore prevent from happening again. And the list continues, I craved for the knowledge...
