❤Awh I happen to know, for a fact, that I have some people who used to be members out there who want to come back to group right now but they feel ashamed and embarrassed about doing so because they have been members maybe more than once before and because they know they have gained weight since leaving group.
❤ In their minds they may see themselves as failures and while they know that the love and support they experienced before will still be waiting for them in group somet...hing is stopping them from taking that step back through our doors.
❤ And I get that, I really do! It’s a hard thing to do. Often harder than it was to come through the door the first time. If this is ringing any bells then this message is especially for YOU!
❤ You have absolutely NOTHING to be ashamed or embarrassed about! We ALL struggle now and again, we ALL have lives that get in the way now and again, we ALL gain weight now and again when we stop food optimising....which is why we ALL understand that things can go wrong.
❤ I can’t physically get you back into group, you have to take a deep breath and do that bit BUT I can meet you at the door if you like and once there I give you my word that there will be no judgement, no shame, no guilt...just a big hug, a smile and a plan of action to get you back on track and moving back towards your happy weight once again. If you’re worried send me a message and we can have a chat.
