People use the term 'nervous patient' lightly, but until you know that feeling, it's really tough to understand. I can't recommend Smiles enough. Registering as a new patient at 26 is daunting, but the patience and care I received here was incredible. I don't even live in the country anymore, however I will be sure to come back home for any treatment required from now on. Finding somewhere that can help face fears is a game changer. Thanks Fiona!

Great team at Smiles Ballymena starting with Therese , customer service is great .
Michael makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and talks you through what he's doing.
Last but not least Jennifer sends you out with a smile on your face after a clean up and polish.

I have recently started going to this dental practice and have been really impressed! I am quite an anxious patient, and so I am always very nervous visiting the dentist. Andrew Shannon is my dentist at Smiles Dentalcare, and he has been excellent at making me feel totally at ease and talking through everything thoroughly. He always explains clearly what the course of action should be and showed me my x-rays etc. I have now had several of my fillings replaced with white fillings and the results are fantastic! He always goes above and beyond to provide the best treatment and care for his patients. The nurses and receptionists are also very friendly. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Go every 6 months for a check up and I look forward to going. From the beautifully decorated, bright fresh building to the friendly reception staff to the thorough and professional dental care I receive from Fiona Doherty, I could not possibly find fault with the service I receive. She was my childhood dentist as well and I have absolutely no fears or reservations about going to the dentist because she really puts you at ease and explains everything so you can understand whats going to happen. There's a great range of appointment times as well to fit in around work etc and they even send you reminders so you never forget an appointment. Would recommend Smiles to anyone, I truly owe my smile to them.
