Tomorrow is International Bake Bread for Peace Day. We’ve been inspired by our visit from Breezy Willow to get behind the cause and share home-baked goods with our neighbours, colleagues and friends. Breezy travels Ireland using baking as a vehicle to tell stories and sing songs about peace - entertaining us all in the process! Many of you may not know that 5,000 miles away in Hosur, a small team at Smiley Monroe India works hard to deliver Endless Conveyor Belts and Custom Cut Parts to our customers in the region. We recently put together a short promotional video with BNL Productions to showcase the lean manufacturing facility and the people who work there.

Never mind GBBO, we’ve got our very own Prue Leith in the form of Claire Ucar! Claire’s chocolate eclairs won her the title of Superstar Baker at last week’s Macmillan Northern Ireland Coffee Break. Elaine came in a close second with her delicious sausage rolls and Tim’s vegan creation took third place. As you can see both were very gracious in defeat... It's our final values video, but it's a good 'un! Starring Rebecca McCrossan with a cameo from Catherine Long, we present 'Determined to Succeed - The Sequel'.
Both Rebecca & Catherine have worked hard over the past year to achieve qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. It's been tough juggling the day job with study, but they've supported and encouraged each other along the way and we couldn't be prouder of their achievements so far. It's been a... difficult few weeks for them both so let's show them the love with a like and a share :)
