Very rude and unhelpful staff toys r us is cheaper and staff were rude when questioned why will be shopping there from now on

Smyths store are selling damaged goods. Wanted to buy a our generation jeep, wing mirrors were scraped and because it was the last one, they would not offer a discount even after me spending £300 on other our generations goods so far.

Shocking customer service. Staff extremely unhelpful so walked out and went to toys r us and received excellent customer service.
