We bought a ride on jeep from the Newtownabbey store on the 28th of May. It developed a fault this week where it no longer charged. I have to thank the online customer services you provided us with a copy of the lost receipt. I would also like to thank the staff at the Newtownabbey branch who did try to fix the jeep but with no success and then replaced it with a brand new one. A lot of companies could learn a lot from Smyths on how to provide excellent customer services. I can say this was the easiest expirience and best service I have received from any company dealing with faulty goods. They have turned a very disappointed and upset little one into a very happy and excited one again. Thank you again.
