Very very dissatisfied! Ordered an lol big surprise for my daughter for Christmas, and while I understand a hold deposit is a fair thing to ask for, I don’t think 48hours is a fair time to expect busy parents to come to collect the goods! Still lost my £10 deposit even though there was one available for me to purchase! Which I did! Where is your Goodwill Smyhs Toys superstore?? When parents are already stretched at this time of year. I would happily understand if I was a no show, but I did show up, and there was one to purchase!
